How do I use the Root Rescue Bar?
Wet your hair well, glide the bar over your scalp 3-4 times (hairline, crown, sides and nape), then massage the lather in with your fingertips or the Scalp Massage Brush for at least 60 seconds. Rinse thoroughly. Most women use it 3-4 times a week.
When will I notice a difference?
Most women feel a cleaner, calmer scalp within the first few washes. Hair that looks fuller and bouncier from the root usually takes 6-8 weeks of consistent use, and results keep building over 3-6 months. Results vary from person to person.
Will it work on my hair type?
Yes. It's made for straight, wavy, curly and coily hair, including colour-treated hair, because it focuses on the scalp rather than the strands.
Is it safe for a sensitive scalp?
The formula is plant-based and sulfate-free, with no hormones or pharmaceuticals. If your skin is sensitive, patch-test on your inner arm first. Pregnant or nursing? Check with your doctor before trying any new product.
How long does one bar last?
Around 40-60 washes, roughly 1-2 months. Let it dry on a draining soap dish between uses and it lasts even longer.

How do I skip or cancel my subscription?
You can skip, pause or cancel anytime. Manage your subscription from your account (use the link in your order confirmation email), or contact us and we'll do it for you.
